Week 1

Pretty happy about the scale weight which is obviously water and weaning off the soda. I only lost. .75 inch. Hey it is week one and I am feeling good about starting again and working hard! Look at my BMI though. Big change. Feels good!

Ate at a Mexican restaurant for dinner for my cheat meal and it was wonderful. But I was full before I finished it and had to drink a ton of water afterward. I feel ready for the next week!
