Sabbotage

I think I hate myself or something. Everytime I am on a roll, doing everything I need to be I eat crappy. I get up at 4:45 and hit the gym HARD 6 days a week. I am literally sore from head to toe all the time because I really push myself. I eat clean most of the time and then I have a SABBOTAGE moment and eat terrible. Yesterday I had a Chicken Baja Burrito from Rubios and it was 660 calories! Then for dinner..tada..3 pancakes with sugar free syrup. As if the sugar free part will spare me from all the carbs I ate!

I tracked my calories in Sparkpeople yesterday ate a grand total of 2160! UGH!

I promise myself to be kinder the rest of the week to my body. Eat healthy and try and lose 1 lb.
