Day 15...

Ugh..Having a hard time getting motivated to eat well. I feel terrible after all the junk all day yesterday (free day) but seeing all the yummy food around here for my family is hard to stick to my goals. I haven't given into temptation but I have missed 2 mini meals because I can't bring myself to having the "good stuff" either. I wish the eating part of this plan wasn't so difficult. I love my workouts but eating clean is tough!

  1. The more you 'eat clean' the easier it gets. At least that's how it's been for us. Stick with it and the cravings will get less and less...

    When we started we got rid of ALL the unhealthy food in our house, thus our children are eating healthy now too. Make your husband join the band wagon and support you by giving up the 'unhealthy foods' not having the 'bad' choices around helps us make 'good' choices : )

  2. You are right. I know when I did this program before, it got to the point that I craved healthy foods and after eating unhealthy would get sick.

    My family eats fairly healthy. I always homecook and we rarely eat out. We use a lot of fresh veggies and lean meats but the carbs are what get me. Also baked goods like cookies and rolls that I love to make them because they enjoy them. I will just have to limit them to a couple times a month.

  3. Bread and cheese is our weakness...we just try and keep it to a 'free day' at least for the bread : )
